Andrea Burch

Dr. Andrea R. Burch, Psy.D.

Dr. Burch is a NYS Licensed Psychologist and Assistant Professor of School Psychology at Alfred University. She practices out of the Hornell office on a part-time basis. Dr. Burch earned her Psy.D. in School Psychology from Alfred University and has 8 years experience as a practicing School Psychologist in both k-12 and post-secondary settings. Given this experience, Dr. Burch is particularly skilled in administering psychoeducational and psychological evaluations for children and young adults, and in providing support and consultation to parents and school personnel who care for children with disabilities and developmental delays. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, primarily providing play therapy, individual psychotherapy, and family therapy for a variety or presenting problems. Dr. Burch is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), and the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). She is a certified School Psychologist in New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
